- What's up y'all? Sorry for not posting any updates lately, but Joe and I have been editing non-stop for the past 3+ weeks.... The final count is 92 hours of footage and a lot of sick riding! We are still waiting to finalize the music licensing on a few more tracks. Once we get confirmation, the DVD will go out to replication. From there it will take about 2 weeks before they get shipped to you.! All pre-orders should receive their DVD in the first half of December! Thanks again and we appreciate everyone support and patience! Keep your eyes peeled for the trailer to drop soon as well as news on Premieres! Thanks!

- Amber Wing was in town for a few days! Talk about lucky... The wednesday before she showed up the Delta was nothing but white caps from the high winds. Thursday - Sunday had little to no wind and temperature was in the mid 70's... The day after Amber left town, the temp dropped down to the mid 50's... crazy! Props go out to all those that helped out! Our trusty photog sidekick Scott Alexander, Gary from the Delta Rider Association, Evan from CIE, Johnny & Crew from Liquid Trends, Rich Dykmans and Buffalow, Sean Branecki, Mike McMillen from Marine Max, and of course West Coast Walt! Some cool The Chick Flick pictures posted by West Coast Walt.

While I went back out to Tor's place where Laura Lohrmann and Sunni-Anne Ball joined the riders for another epic film session.
- Today Stef Tor invited us over to spend a day with the ladies at Lake Mary Jane. There we met up Andrea Fountain, Courtney, Jenni, and Stef. - This just in.... Stef Tor went one on one with her wakeskate. Well her wakeskate won and her nose lost. Ouch! Check out the picture in our forum. It's under "The Movie" > "Charging Hard". We wish her a quick recovery!
- A lot of the featured riders in The Chick Flick are heading out for the World Cup in Qatar which will be held on April 22/23. We wish them all the best of luck and a safe trip!
- The whole DPC crew headed down to Lake Elsinore and Canyon Lake to meet up with West Coast riders Gretchen Hammarberg, Shelby Kantar, Erica Burk, and Brittney Arruda. A nice blend of technical with super stylie boned out grabs makes this crew a solid representation of the west coast and the level of riding it has to offer. A HUGE shout out to Jesson Vedel for getting his boat down to the launch ramp at 6:30 a.m... That's like 2 AM Tahiti time... ;-)
- It's Spring time and that means the CIE Spring Ride at Lake Tulloch. For this trip we met up with the Raequel & Shawna Hoffman. These girls charged so hard it was stupid silly! For the sake of the video they trunked it in conditions that had guys putting on their drysuits. Moby Dicks, Tootsie Rolls, Toeside 7's, and more... Expect to see a LOT more from these girls in the future!
- The "Teaser Teaser" is released. Check it out HERE.... Enjoy!
- Check out Stef Tor's profile in our Featured Rider section. Get to know the girl that competes with the boys on the Pro Wakeskate Tour.
- The Chick Flick project has been cancelled....
April Fools!
lol... Ok maybe not.... Anyway, while on the silly subject, who in the world came up with April Fools day anyway?
- The Chick Flick official press release went out today. If you missed it on WakePics.com, WakeWorld.com, WakeBoarder.com, or any of the other websites we released it on, you can check it out HERE.
- The CIE Spring Ride is coming up on April 8-9 at Lake Tulloch, CA. The DPC Films crews will be out there filming the West Coast ladies Shelby Kantar, Raequel and Shawna
Hoffman.
- Our tripped wrapped up with a great group of riders. We had Louise Moore the European Wakeboard Champion and Silver World medallist, Leslie Kent a legend in her own right and one of the pioneers of female wakeboarding, Megan McNeil who normally kicks serious butt on a wakeboard, but felt she need to dominate the wakeskate scene as well, Victoria Kulp who's one of the up and coming female riders on the scene, and Bri Chmel a world class kiteboarder who decided she wanted to push herself and the sport by focusing on wakeskating.
- This morning we hooked up Dallas Friday and Barrett Perlman at O-Town. Our gracious hosts Glenn and Melissa Fletcher were a joy to work with and hats off to Brad for driving chase! We got to see Dallas on the rails and if "Transfer" means anything to you then you'll know what the excitement was about. Barrett had our jaws dropping with her huge grabbed and poked out front side 360's. siCk!
- Today we hit The Projects with Amber Wing, Barrett Perlman, Stef Tor, and Renee Jaquess. The sole purpose of this session was to film the ladies on the rails and they killed it! Pat Panakos (The Projects co-owner with Scott Byerly) had never seen Amber hits the rails and even he was impressed, which says a lot! I don't want to give away too much and you'll have to watch the DVD to see what all the hype is about, but Amber had the rails dialed on her very first session at the Projects.
We also had the opportunity to see Renee Jaquess ride for the first time. She is super stylie on the sliders and definitely someone to watch out for in the upcoming season! Stef Tor charged hard, hitting the pink cheese wedge slider, and Barrett Perlman destroyed the Relentless slider and also took first place for worst crash.. Ouch! Check for that in the Bonus Section of the DVD.
- We just wrapped up filming at Dallas's Lake (Lake Holden) and got some killer footage. The ladies rode well and the condition were amazing. We got some awesome chase and tube footage which we'll sample for you in the Teaser Teaser. The "Teaser Teaser" is just a sample of what's to come and will be dropping sometime in April.
- Joe, AntBug, and I are heading out the Florida to start filming for The Chick Flick. We will be on location for 5 days and have some amazing riders lined up! On Thursday & Friday we are filming at Lake Holden with Dallas Friday, Emily Copeland, Meaghan Major, and Sonja Schefler. Then we are hooking up with Stef Tor, Amber Wing, Barrett Perlman, Renee Jacquess, Heather Johnson, Louise Moore, Megan McNeil, Victoria Kulp, Leslie Kent, Bri Chmel, and many more.
- The Chick Flick concept becomes a reality! After 3 months of pre-production planning and sponsors calls. DPC Films is proud to announce the first full feature ALL female wakeboard film to hit the market since 1998. It's long overdue! The riders are stoked, we're stoked.. So you should be stoked too!
We would like to THANK Epic Boats for being the title sponsor and the following additional sponsors: JBL, Infinity, AFM Club, California Correct Craft, WakePics.com, WakeWorld.com, and Wakeboarder.com
